1 Peach
200 grams Strawberries
1 packet Vanilla sugar
500 grams Natural yogurt
1 splash lemon juice
8 Tbsps Granola

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the currants, pat dry and remove any stems. Mix with 1 tablespoon of honey and divide among 4 glasses. Halve the apple, core and cut into 4 thin slices. Place the slices on top of the currants. Blanch the peach in boiling water, peel, cut in half, remove pit and cut into thin slices. Place on top of the apple.

Sprinkle layered fruit with some vanilla sugar. Rinse strawberries, pat dry, hull and coarsely chop. Divide among glasses and sprinkle with more vanilla sugar. Mix the yogurt with remaining honey and the lemon juice. Pour over the fruit in the glasses and top with granola. Serve chilled.
