Use Greek yogurt for more protein, if you don't have muesli, use granola, and you can always add in any number of fruits.

- 4 cups Yogurt
- 2 Mandarin orange (peeled, pith removed and halved)
- 12 black Grape
- 4 Tbsps Muesli
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- To decorate
- mint

Put the yoghurt into 4 bowls and top with the mandarins, grapes, muesli and sunflower seeds.
