Preparation steps
1.
For the dough, stir butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar and egg. Mix in Yogi tea and add pepper, almonds and flour. Work into a dough using the dough hook of an electric hand mixer. Knead in flour. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll dough out until about 2-3 mm (approximately 1/10 inch) thick. Whisk egg yolk with water and brush onto dough. Mix almonds with sesame seeds and Yogi tea. Drizzle over dough. Cut dough into small rectangles measuring 3 x 2.5 cm (approximately 1 x .75 inches) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan: 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for 10 minutes. Cool. Spread cookies with jam and serve.
