1 can white Beans
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
100 grams Arugula
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
2 Tbsps soy sauce
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise
4 wraps or Tortillas (refrigerated)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the arugula, remove stem and pluck small leaves. Drain the white beans and rinse.

For the filling, mix together the tuna, arugula and beans and season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Warm up the wraps/tortillas as per packet instructions. Spread the mayonnaise over the tortilla, top with tuna filling, roll up, cut in half crosswise, and serve immediately.
