3 Flatbread
300 grams Turkish rotisserie meat
½ small head Iceberg lettuce
2 Tomatoes
2 onions
For the yogurt sauce
1 tsp finely chopped mint
salt

200 grams Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

Peel the garlic clove, press, and mix with the remaining sauce ingredients. Set aside.

Rinse the lettuce and cut into strips. Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into thin half-rings, then mix with salt and Turkish chili spice.

3.

Place the flatbreads on a work surface. Cover with lettuce and evenly distribute the meat, tomato, onion and yogurt sauce over each. Wrap the flatbread tightly. Serve on a plate with onion rings.
