4 Wheat tortillas (finished product)
500 Vegetables (as desired, such as sliced mushrooms, zucchini strips, bell peppers, carrots, etc.)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat a frying pan. Warm tortillas in succession in the pan for 30 seconds on each side and keep tortillas warm in a preheated 70°C (approximately 150°F) oven.

2.

Place prepared vegetables in the center of each tortilla and roll up. Slice tortillas in half, place on plates and serve.
