Ingredients

For the toast
8 slices Whole Wheat Toast
50 grams cream cheese (double cream)
1 Beefsteak tomato
6 Cherry tomatoes
4 Tbsps scallions
Sprout (such as, alfalfa sprouts)
young Basil
parsley
For the scrambled eggs
5 large eggs
50 milliliters Whipped cream
1 pinch salt
peppers (white)

Preparation steps

For the toast, toast the slices of bread and spread with cream cheese.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into 4 slices. Rinse and drain the sprouts and place on 4 pieces of toast. Distribute the tomato on top.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut into wedges and scatter over the other 4 slices, along with the basil leaves.

For the scrambled eggs, break the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and whisk everything together.

Grease a frying pan and pour in the eggs. Cook while stirring occasionally.

Divide into 8 portions and transfer each portion onto the center of a piece of toast.

Garnish 4 slices with chives and 4 slices with  parsley. Serve immediately.
