Preparation steps

1.

Trim crusts from bread slices.

Stir the cream cheese until smooth and spread on the bread slices. Rinse and wipe dry the cucumber, thinly slice and arrange on the bread.

Rinse and dry the radishes, and cut into small sticks. Arrange on top of the cucumber slices and sprinkle the watercress on top. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
