- 1 untreated Orange
- 1 untreated lemon
- 60 grams jam sugar (2:1)
- 1 sprig Lavender

Preparation steps
1.
Cut melon into cubes and place in a pot. Rinse the orange and lemon in hot water, wipe dry and grate the peel. Squeeze out the juice from both and add to melon along with grated peels. Add sugar and stir. Mash coarsely with a potato masher. Strip the lavender flowers from stems, place in a spice bag, add to pot and bring to a boil. Cook about 5 minutes at a lively boil while stirring. Remove the lavender, place the jam in a small bowl and let cool.
