This cooler is packed with vitamins A and C thanks to the nectarines, and is relatively low in calorie and fat compared to other cocktails.
If you don't drink, you could always use a sparkling grape juice with this recipe. Then, just add less sugar.

- 1 cup white wine
- ⅜ cup clear Grape juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ tsps Vanilla sugar
- 2 organic Oranges (sliced, two slices set aside)
- 1 organic lemon (sliced)
- 8 red Grape (halved)
- 1 Nectarine (sliced)
- Sparkling mineral water (for topping up)
- Ice (if desired)

1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 2 Bowls, 1 flache Casserole dish (ca. 2,5 l Inhalt), 1 Whisk, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Sieve, 1 Fine grater, 1 Oven rack, 1 dünne Rubber gloves, 1 Grater
Preparation steps

Heat the wine with the grape juice until warm to the touch. Add the cinnamon stick, sugar, vanilla sugar and the orange and lemon slices. Remove from the heat, cover and leave to steep for 1 hour. Sieve and leave to cool.

Cut the left over orange slice into pieces and place in the wine glasses along with the grapes and the nectarine slices. Fill the glasses with the cool sangria and top up with sparkling mineral water. Serve with ice if desired.
