Preparation steps

Wash, halve and pit apricots. Wash rosemary and shake dry; strip off needles, but leave some decoratively at the top of the branches. Sharpen twigs with a knife and draw 3 apricot halves on each 1 rosemary twig.

Grill apricot skewers on a hot grill for a total of 4-8 minutes on both sides until they get a grill pattern. In the meantime, mix soy yogurt alternative with mustard, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.

Arrange apricot skewers on plates, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili flakes. Serve the dip on the side.
