White Chocolate Ice Cream
In addition to the immune booster vitamin C, oranges provide provitamin A; this is the precursor of vitamin A, which is important for strong vision and beautiful skin. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that balance blood pressure and protect against deposits in the blood vessels. Certain plant dyes also have a positive effect on the blood sugar level.
If you don't have an ice cream machine, you can also prepare the ice cream more easily: To do this, put the ice cream in a bowl and place it in the freezer. If the mass is stirred every 30 minutes for approx. 3 hours, a creamy chocolate soy ice cream is produced.
