Preparation steps

1.

Cut melon pulp into slices about 1 cm thick, then into triangles. Cut feta into small cubes and put in a bowl with the melon pieces.

Wash herbs, shake dry and pluck leaves and sprinkle over salad.

3.

For the dressing, mix lime juice with honey, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and serve.
