- 18 ozs Beef sirloin

- 6 ozs Bean sprout
- 4 ozs cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 4 carrots (sliced into ribbons)
- For the dressing
- 2 Tbsps Tamarind paste
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 Tbsps Palm sugar

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Large knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Nutmeg grater, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Paper towel
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Heat the oil in a roasting tin and brown the meat on all sides. Cook for 10-20 minutes, depending on how rare you like your meat. Remove from the oven, wrap in foil and leave to rest in the turned off oven.

Arrange the vegetables on serving plates. Slice the beef and put on the plates.

For the dressing: whisk together all the ingredients until the sugar has dissolved. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
