Preparation steps

1.

Peel banana peel and cut into slices. Peel kiwis, halve lengthwise and also cut into slices.

Rinse strawberries, trim and halve or quarter depending on size.

Run lime under hot water, pat dry, peel, rub and squeeze juice. Mix with honey and coconut flakes.

4.

Distribute fruits in 4 ovenproof dishes and drizzle with honey mixture. Grill in a preheated oven until brown, about 5 minutes.
