¼ cup unsalted butter
2 Pear (peeled, cored and cut into thin wedges)
0.333 cup soft light brown sugar
1 cup Blackberry (hulled)
1 ¼ cups Raspberries (hulled)
white Grape (halved)
¼ small Watermelon (seeded with flesh diced)

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan set over a moderate heat.
2.
Add the pear wedges and soft light brown sugar and sauté them for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pear wedges are lightly coloured and the sugar has dissolved.
3.
Add the remaining fruit and warm through in the pan for 2-3 minutes, tossing and stirring occasionally to coat well in the butter and sugar.
4.
Serve immediately.
