- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- ⅜ cup Red wine
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- ⅜ cup Apple juice
- ½ lemon (juice)
- ½ head red Cabbage (cut into strips)
- 2 Apple (peeled, cored and sliced)

1 Small pot, 1 Cutting board, 1 Fine grater, 3 Bowls, 1 Hand mixer, 1 quadratische Baking dish (24x24 cm), 1 Parchment paper, 1 Rubber spatula, 1 Wooden skewer, 1 Large knife, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the shallots until soft.
2.
Add the honey and cumin and pour in the wine, vinegar, apple juice and lemon juice. Add the cabbage, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
3.
Add the apple slices and cook for a further 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
