Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the kumquats in hot water and cut in half. Add the kumquats, mint, and cocoa powder int a pot. Bring to a boil, cook briefly, then pass through a fine strainer. 

2.

Mix the orange liqueur and sugar into the cocoa. Froth shortly before serving, garnish with the mint, and serve.
