- 28 ozs bonesless Turkey
- 1 red chili pepper (seeds removed and finely chopped)
- 1 tsp dried Chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (peeled and minced)
- 2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsps ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground Cumin
- ¼ cup seedless raisins
- ¼ cup Pine nuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsps olive oil (divided)
- 1 large Orange (halved and sliced)
- ¼ cup fresh mint (finely chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the turkey under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut the turkey into thin strips.

Combine chili, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, cumin, raisins, pine nuts, salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a resealable plastic storage bag. Add turkey and and toss to coat, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a heavy skillet, set over medium-high. Once the oil is hot, add the contents of the resealable bag and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until the turkey pieces are golden brown. Turn the turkey pieces over and add the orange slices and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Stir in the chopped mint. Divide among plates and serve.
