2 Blood orange
4 mint
3 Tbsps sugar
¼ l milk
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 tsps Shelled pistachio (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the blood oranges, making sure to remove the bitter white pith. Finely chop the pulp and the mint leaves (minus some for garnish), then mix until thoroughly combined. 

2.

Pass the mixture through a fine strainer, then mix with the sugar, milk, and yogurt. Pour the mixture into glasses, garnish with the chopped pistachios and the reserved mint, and serve.
