1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt in a bowl with the butter over a hot water bath. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl. With the dough hook of an electric mixer, stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture and then add the chocolate mixture. Finely grind the walnuts and mix into the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Place teaspoon-sized balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool the cookies on a wire rack.

For the topping: Spread the nougat cream on the top of each cookie, then top with walnuts and serve.
