350 grams brown sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Beat the butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in the eggs. Combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and stir in. Chop the nuts and chocolate coarsely and mix in. Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll the dough into balls (around 1 tablespoon each) and arrange on the baking sheets, with room for spreading.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Transfer the parchment paper and cookies to wire racks and let cool. Place in pretty boxes with tissue paper and ribbon for gifting.
