- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped Walnut
- 6 ozs white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp Baking powder

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 375°F, gas 5 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2.
Soften the oats in the milk.
3.
Meanwhile, beat the butter and sugar together until light and airy, then mix in the egg. Combine the flour with the nuts, chocolate, oats and baking powder, and fold into the butter mixture.
4.
Take small portions of the mixture and form into balls. Place on the baking tray well spaced from one another.
5.
Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
