1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot (with lid), 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fork, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Peel potatoes and parsnips and cut into small dice.

Rinse the apple, peel, quarter, core and cut into small dice.

Put potatoes, parsnips and apple in a pot. Add 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
