- 2 Tbsps Millet flake (about 20 grams)
- ½ small ripe Banana (about 50 grams)
- 3 Tbsps mixed Berry (about 50 grams)
- 1 tsp Canola oil

1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Fork, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Immersion blender (optional)
Preparation steps
1.
Stir millet flakes with 125 ml (approximately 1/2 cup_ of water in a small pot and bring to a boil. While stirring, cook for about 3 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.

Peel banana and cut into pieces.
3.
Rinse the berries, drain and halve or quarter large berries.
4.
Add fruit to the millet and mash with a fork. Puree with an immersion blender, then stir in oil and check the temperature before feeding.
