250 grams Feta
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
Sea salt

1 pinch sugar
100 grams dried Olives (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and dice. Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, remove the cores and stalks and cube the flesh. Cube the feta.

Peel the garlic and squeeze into a bowl. Season with lemon juice, vinegar, oil, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar. Add the feta, olives and vegetables and mix well. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve cold.
