- 2 red Bell pepper
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 350 grams Sausage (such as, Salsiccia)
- 400 grams cooked potatoes
- 8 eggs
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 50 grams grated Cheese (such as, Parmesan)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, trim and cut into short strips. Trim and rinse the leek and cut into rings. Cut the sausage into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Beat the eggs with the cream and the cheese and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350ºF) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Sauté the sausages in some oil briefly. Add the bell peppers and leek and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the potatoes and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and spread evenly in the dish. Pour the eggs over and bake for about 25 minutes until slightly browned.
5.
Serve cut into pieces.
