3 Tbsps Agave syrup (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain spinach. Rinse, quarter, core and cut apples into pieces. Peel banana and cut into slices. In a blender, puree prepared ingredients with 200 ml (approximately 1 scant cup) cold water. Add up to 150 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) cold water until smoothie is desired consistency. Sweeten to taste with agave nectar and pour into glasses.
