- ⅞ cup plain Tofu (drained and chopped)
- 2 ¼ cups Soy yogurt
- 1 cup Soy milk
- 1 ⅔ cups Raspberries
- 1 ⅔ cups Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsps honey
- Raspberries (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the chopped tofu, yoghurt, berries, banana and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve garnished with raspberries.
