100 grams Strawberries
100 grams Raspberries
2 sprigs fresh mint
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
250 milliliters Apple juice
4 Ice cubes
For serving
2 Cocktail skewers
4 Ice cubes
Straw
Tropical Juice Blend
8 Strawberries
120 milliliters Papaya juice
100 milliliters Orange juice
100 milliliters Pineapple juice

Preparation steps

1.

For berry-mint juice, rinse and trim strawberries. Set aside 2 strawberries and 6 raspberries for garnish.

2.

Rinse mint, shake dry and pluck leaves. Set aside 2 leaves.

3.

Purée berries, mint, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, apple juice and ice cubes in a blender.

4.

Cut reserved strawberries in half and thread on a skewer, alternating with reserved raspberries.

5.

Place 2 ice cubes in each glas and pour in fruit puree. Garnish witih skewers and mint and serve .

6.

For tropical drink, rinse and trim strawberries. Set aside 2 strawberries for garish.
