For the wraps
4 large Tortillas (30 cm diameter)
8 slices Turkey ham (About 200 grams)
2 Pear
1 carrot
¼ bunch parsley
¼ bunch Chives
6 Tbsps Mayonnaise
100 grams cream cheese
salt

Preparation steps

For the wraps, peel carrot and finely grate. Rinse pears, halve, remove core and coarsely grate. Cut turkey into thin strips. Rinse parsley and chives, shake dry and finely chop.

Mix cream cheese in a bowl with mayonnaise, herbs, pear, turkey and carrot and season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on tortillas. Fold in ends and roll around filling from the side. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and wrap lower end in wax paper. Serve standing in glasses garnished with herbs.
