Turkey with Vegetables
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Place turkey cutlets, curry powder, cayenne and black pepper in pan and saute until turkey is cooked through. Remove turkey from pan and keep warm in aluminum foil.
In the same pan place sliced onion and baby corn and sauté until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Season the cutlets and arrange with onions and baby corn. Garnish with herb butter, if desired.
