600 grams turkey breasts
2 Red Bell pepper
2 mild onions
2 small Zucchini
½ tsp Coriander
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 generous pinch Curry powder
2 Tbsps olive oil
peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey breast, pat dry and chop. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse zucchini, trim and slice. Stick all prepared ingredients alternately on 8 wooden skewers.

Crush coriander in a mortar and mix with lemon juice, curry and oil and season with pepper. Sprinkle curry mixture on skewers and season with salt. Cook under a preheated oven broiler, watching carefully, for about 10 minutes. Turn as needed.

3.

Serve if desired with ketchup.
