150 grams Pastry flour
salt
2 Tbsps medium hot Mustard
175 milliliters milk
2 eggs
1 large Cucumber
120 grams Whipped cream
1 Tbsp freshly chopped Dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground peppers
600 grams cooked Beef tip
2 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish
vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

1.

Sift flour into a bowl and mix with a pinch of salt, mustard and milk, whisk into a smooth batter. Add eggs and mix well. Let rest for about 10 minutes.

Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices. Season with salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Whisk sour cream with dill, season with salt, lemon juice and pepper. Add cucumber and mix well.

Cut meat into strips and mix with horseradish. Dip into batter, one strip at a time, remove with a fork and drain briefly. Heat oil in a pan to 170°C (approximately 338°F) and fry meat, few pieces at a time, for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve accompanied by cucumber salad.
