400 grams turkey breasts
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp sweet ground paprika
4 Sesame seed rolls
2 scallions
2 Tomatoes
4 Lettuce (such as iceberg)
salt
freshly ground peppers
4 Tbsps sour Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the turkey, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix with the poultry, the oil, lemon juice, oregano and paprika and leave covered for about 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Cut the rolls in half horizontally. Trim the scallions, rinse and cut into rings. Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, core and dice small. Rinse the lettuce and drain.

3.

Slowly cook the turkey strips in a hot, non-stick pan for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange with the lettuce and the tomato cubes on the bun bottoms and drizzle with sour cream.

4.

Top sandwiches with lids and serve.
