1 Tbsp Caper
1 Tbsp Sour cream
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2 sheets Endive
1 Tomato
salt (and pepper)
4 slices white bread

Preparation steps

1.

Drain tuna well and shred with a fork. Chop capers finely and mix with tuna, sour cream and lemon juice. Peel garlic and squeeze through a press into the tuna.

2.

Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry. Rinse tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

3.

Arrange tomato slices on two slices of white bread, spread with the tuna filling and cover with lettuce leaves. Place remaining bread slices on top. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
