Preparation steps

1.

For the pizza bases, put the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast, dissolve in a little water and pour into the well. Cover lightly with flour and leave to stand for 15 minutes.

Mix the remaining water with the salt and oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.

2.

For the topping, blanch the tomatoes and rinse with cold water. Peel them and cut into small cubes. Boil slightly with a little oil in a pot. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

3.

For the pizza bases, grease the pans. Knead the dough again and divide in half. Roll out and place in the pans, slightly thicker around the edges.

Preheat the oven to 250°C (approximately 475ºF).

Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza bases. Top with mozzarella and turkey breast slices. Add the pineapple and onion rings. Peel the banana and cut into thick slices. Distribute on top. Drizzle with olive oil and shower with oregano. Cut the cheese into thin strips (or grate) and spread over the pizzas.

Season with curry powder and bake at 220°C (approximately 425ºF) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve hot.
