Preparation steps

1.

For the dough, add the flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle, crumble the yeast into it and mix with the water. Sprinkle the sugar with 1 pinch of salt and olive oil around the flour edge. Mix well and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let rise covered in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

2.

For the topping, trim the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Rinse the bell peppers, pat dry, cut in half, and remove seeds and ribs. Cut the green bell pepper into strips and cut the red bell pepper into dices. Cut the turkey breast into thin slices.

3.

Knead the dough again, divide into half, and roll out each half into pizza bases. Grease the baking sheet well with oil and put the pizza bases on it. Spread the pizza bases with pureed tomato, and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Top the pizza bases with turkey slices, bell peppers and mushrooms. Sprinkle with oregano and grated pizza cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C (fan: 230°C, gas mark 5) (approximately 480°F) for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Sprinkle the baked pizzas with ground red pepper before serving.
