- 2 tsps honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsps Oil

- Lettuce
- Tomatoes (sliced)

2 Pots, 1 große schwere Skillet, 1 Roasting pan, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Ladle, 1 eventuell Cleaver, 3 Jars oder Schraubgläser mit Deckel (3 St. à 400 ml; für den Vorrat), 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 eventuell ice-cube tray (für den Vorrat)
Preparation steps
1.
Season the turkey mince with plenty of salt and pepper, and mix well with your hands. Shape into 4 patties.

In a small bowl, mix the honey, mustard and lemon juice and season to taste.

Heat the oil in a wide pan and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Serve in the buns with the relish and the lettuce, tomato and onion to garnish.
