- 150 grams Lettuce (or spinach)
- 100 grams Strawberries
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 generous pinch sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Baguette
- 12 slices turkey breasts
- ½ bunch Cress
- Sesame seeds (to sprinkle)
- 40 grams Parmesan

Preparation steps

For the salads: Trim the lettuce, rinse, spin dry and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Hull the strawberries, rinse and cut into slices. Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper then whisk in the olive oil.

For the sandwiches: Cut the baguette into 4 sections, halve horizontally and toast the cut-sides. Trim and rinse the watercress. Divide the turkey breast between the baguettes and season with pepper and top with watercress. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine. Arrange the turkey sandwiches and salad on serving plates. Top the salad with strawberry slices, sesame seeds and shaved Parmesan.
