½ Cucumber
4 Radish
1 handful Arugula
3 sprigs Dill
100 grams cream cheese
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Baguette (or four baguette rolls)
4 slices Turkey sausage
4 slices Hard cheese (such as Bergkäse)

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel and finely dice the cucumber. Rinse, trim and slice the radishes thinly. Rinse the arugula and shake dry. Rinse the dill, shake dry, pluck off the tops and chop finely.

Mix the cucumber, radishes, arugula and dill together in a bowl.

Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the baguette lengthwise and scoop out a little. Cut into 4 equal pieces and spread each with about 1/4 of the cream cheese. Cover with the salad mixture, a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese.

Serve immediately or tie with kitchen string to take on a picnic.
