- 1 small Tuscan bread (rustic baguette)
- 1 Avocado
- 250 grams Frisée
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Radicchio
- 200 grams Camembert
- red peppers (coarsely ground)
- salt
- 4 Tbsps cold pressed olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Champagne vinegar
- vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Remove the core, rinse, and dry the radicchio and frisee. Peel, halve, and remove the seed from the avocado. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into eighths. Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces. Mix the lettuce, avocado, tomato, and cheese in a bowl. Mix the olive oil and vinegar, then season with salt. Dress the salad with the dressing.

Halve the baguette lengthwise and cut into 15 cm (approximately 6 inch) long pieces. Drizzle with some olive oil and warm in a 100°C (approximately 215°F) oven for about 4 minutes.

Arrange the salad on the bread pieces and season with pepper to taste.
