- 300 grams Turkey cutlets
- 2 large, cooked potatoes (from the day before)
- 70 grams Bacon (diced)
- 4 small Tomatoes (halved)
- 1 small onion (sliced into rings)
- 80 grams Snow peas (halved)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- clarified butter

Preparation steps
1.
Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper and sauté in clarified butter about 5 minutes while stirring. Keep warm.
2.
Cook the bacon in the pan until crisp, add potatoes and onion rings and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Blanch snow peas in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove from water. Add snow peas, tomatoes and the turkey meat to the browned potatoes, heat through while stirring and serve.
