Preparation steps

1.

Mash Gorgonzola in a bowl with a fork and mix with quark. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry apple, halve and core, cut into thin strips. 

2.

Spread 4 slices of whole-wheat bread with gorgonzola mixture. Layer with apple slices, turkey and top with remaining bread slices. Serve.
