- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp black Sesame seeds
- 2 scallions
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- for garnish Chervil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse tuna, pat dry and finely chop. Mix tuna, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chives and lime juice and season with sea salt and pepper.

Divide tuna fish tartare onto spoons and garnish with chervil to serve.
