- 500 grams very fresh Tuna steak
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- salt
- peppers
- 4 slices Toast
- 4 tsps Sour cream
- 4 tsps Caviar
- parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the tuna fillet and pat dry. Cut into very small cubes. Peel the onion and finely chop. Mix with tuna, add the drained capers and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread until crispy. Then cut using a ring disc to about 6 cm (approximately 2 1/4 inch) in diameter. Fill the tuna mixture on the bread with the ring, press it down slightly, then remove the ring again. Depending on preference, add a dab of sour cream and caviar on top and garnish with parsley. Serve.
