Ingredients
500 grams
very fresh Tuna loin
1
small Onion
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
4 slices
4 teaspoons
4 teaspoons
Parsley (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tuna fillet and pat dry. Cut into very small cubes. Peel the onion and finely chop. Mix with tuna, add the drained capers and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

2.

Toast the bread until crispy. Then cut using a ring disc to about 6 cm (approximately 2 1/4 inch) in diameter. Fill the tuna mixture on the bread with the ring, press it down slightly, then remove the ring again. Depending on preference, add a dab of sour cream and caviar on top and garnish with parsley. Serve.
