12 Baguette
butter (for brushing)
4 Lettuce
1 Endive
100 grams Mangoes
80 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
Caviar (as desired)
Dill (for garnish)
200 grams cooked lobsters (tails)
parsley (for garnish)
4 slices Prosciutto
black Truffle (sliced, to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Brush the baguette slices with butter. Rinse the lettuce leaves and endive and shake dry. Peel the mango peel and cut out 4 balls with a melon baller.

2.

Top 4 baguette slices with lettuce leaves, salmon and caviar and garnish with dill.

3.

Top 4 more baguette slices with lettuce, lobster and caviar  and garnish with parsley.

4.

The remaining baguette slices with endive, prosciutto, mango balls and truffle slices.

5.

Place on a serving plate and efrigerate until ready to serve.
