150 grams cream cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil (cold pressed)

Preparation steps

Rinse the lemons in hot water, pat dry, cut horizontally to cut out a lid and flatten the lid portion a bit on the ground. Remove the seeds and take out half of the pulp from the larger portion of lemon with a spoon to create a cavity.

Chop the tuna finely and mix with the cream cheese and the lemon pulp. Stir in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fill the tuna salad in the cavity of the lemon, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and put the lid portion on it.
