400 grams Tuna (canned, natural)
3 Tbsps small Caper
4 Cornichons
8 black Olives
1 Tbsp scallions
Lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemons under hot water. Cut a lid from the tops and bottoms and loosen the flesh with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds and pith from the pulp and crush the flesh in a bowl.

2.

Drain the tuna and mix well with the cream cheese. Stir in the capers, the cornichons, the crushed lemon and the chopped onion and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the lemon skins and arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves.

Serve garnished with olives.
