1 Star fruit

Preparation steps

1.

Scrape the seeds from the papaya with a spoon, then finely dice the pulp. 

2.

Peel the pineapple, coarsely chop, then puree. Pour the puree into a cup and fill with the mineral water. 

3.

Add the ice cubes and the papaya to the glass. Garnish the drink with a piece of star fruit and mint leaves, then serve immediately.
